Important notice: counterfeit Falez products from other origins (for example Egypt or the UAE) are circulating in the market. Please check the product label to ensure it is the original Syrian‑made Falez item produced in our Damascus factory since 1990. Falez is not responsible for any counterfeit products sold outside our genuine range. Our exclusive and authorized distributor in the Republic of Iraq is Sada Al Khaleej Company "شركة صدى الخليج"; any purchases made through unauthorized channels are the responsibility of the unapproved seller. If you suspect a counterfeit, contact our customer service with product photos and purchase details so we can investigate.
